anyone know either of these colors?

looks like a dupont hot hues color.

Maybe Midori Sour from Dupont Hot Hues like James said. There are tons of green metallics out there, but that is one of them to start looking at.

i painted some motor parts limetime over white and it just dont seem to 'poop' anywhere near like those 2 do. its like good in person, but when a pic is taken it looks like a factory green.

i would really like to figure it out lol

try spraying it over silver

Why are you wanting it to "poop"? In that case you might look at the Goldmine Pearl on the color chart above.
