e brake stuck

can someone tell me how in the hell i can get my ebrake from being stuck? the release on the dash isnt lettin the pressure off the pedal an it wont come loose! anyone know anything to where i can still use it?

thanx man...i just went out there an looked at it again an you can see where the cable has been drug to fuck....an theres alot of loose hangin cable under the bed

drug through my e-brake cable, who needs an e-brake anyways just lay it out.......

so can i cut it an maybe itll come loose?!
