i ordered a set of shortened control arms from byc. i think i got them 1 1/2" shortened. there for a 99 dakota. does anyone else have these already, and what is your opinion on them? also those that do, what size offset do you think ill need to tuck? im looking at getting a 19x8 or 8.5 rim?

for your information. if for some reason these wont fit with the wheels you are running, ill make you a different set that will. because these would sell to most people. most dodge orders have been for shorter by 1&1/4" to 1&1/2"

are you wanting chrome or billet, if chrome most wheels in that size will have a 5inch backspace which should tuck with those arms.

if for some reason you dont like the arms i would be interested in them if you deside to sell them

chrome or billet? not sure yet. dont think it matters im just looking for something that looks good mainly. where have you all gotten your rims from? i really dont want to spend a fortune for rims.

you shouldn't have any problem tucking x8 or 8.5 in the front. the back is where you will have a problem if you still have a stock axle.

I tuck 20x9's in the front on a factory sized tubular control arm. - it's been too long though, can't think of what the offset is.. pretty close to a standard fwd.
