since i cant find out if the aerostar conversion really works or not, i am going to just redrill my mazda.. my question is what is the best way to do it.. i am going 5x4.5 the local machine shop will not do it unless the center bore on the wheel fits perfectly on the hub, if that was the case i would just mark and drill myself.. so i am going to have to remove the old studs and grind those tabs off the hub and mark my holes some how... is there a trick to make sure you drill in the right spot and make the wheels centered on the hub???

you would have to cnc machine them but there is some shop that sells the hubs already redrilled and set up for a bunch of different bolt patterns. Do a search for the same topic and you should find it.

I sell a custom machined chromoly hub for Mazdas 86-93, see my website http://www.nolimitscustoms.com, but pay no attention to the pricing I have dropped the pricing, call me for prices 604-454-8919

They are all drilled to 5x4.5" and 5x4.75" bolt on, no messing around, if you can do a front brake job you can install these hubs no problem.

Anyone know if a hub from a 626 or other mazda with 5 lugs will fit on the B2000?
Deuce   +1y
the answer is no they won't, but mine billet hubs use stock mazda rotors, pads, bearings and bolt directly on to your stock spindle and even drop spindles.
