? on paint and rag tops

looking for a painter within a descent distance from columbus, ohio need some body work done on rear taillights and want it two-toned with some kind of graphic sepertating the two colors and i also want a rap top should i put it in before paint or after.

As for the rag, I'd have it cut and trial fitted before paint, and installed after.

u should install the rag before the paint..and mold the frame of the ragtop to the roof...then paint it..
