autoloc's tilt hood

I thought i could make my own using orig. brackets but something went wrong. now I'm looking for solutions cause there is no going back to the regular style. Does anyone know how autoloc's tilt hood works and connects? will it fit on a car?

I have called 5 salvage yards and they all say they the buick skylarks dont have what I'm talking about. does anyone know the year range of that the skylarks had the tilt hood on them?

The buick leSabre from like 1988 had a reverse tilt hood. so do the older BMW 3 series
