Does anybody know what + off-set I need to tuck, I can't find rims. I want to stay in a 17" but will go 18" if I need to... This is a pain.!!!

depends on how much work you wanna do, with the stock rear end and front suspension with bags, i believe you will need atleast 35mm on an 8" wheel to get right at the edge of the body, probably 40mm on 8" wheel to barely tuck.
