I am upgrading to rear disc brakes and I also wanted to use all stainless brake hoses to get a little extra stopping power for my 20/22 combo. But I heard srainless brake hoses dont hold up on street vehicles that see alot of miles. Has anyone ever heard of or had any problems themselves with these type of brake hoses failing?

not sure how long the last on a daily..i would assume a long time, but i dont know as i have never had them, supposed to make a pretty big difference in stopping time though since there is no flex in the line when pressure is applied like there is in the rubber hoses..good luck

why wouldnt they? stainless braided line has better outter protection, arent rubber, and have a psi rating of like 2500psi (parker anyways).

If my stainless steel brake hoses have held up with all the shit ive put my jeep through then I am postitive yours will hold up on the street. Ive had mine on my DD Jeep for about 6 months now of driving in the street, mud, sand, you name it. They have held up fine
