5x7 audiobahns

I just installed 4 AS57PQ audiobahn 5x7's in my crown vic and there is absolutley no bass. I still have the stock headunit and no amp, but the bass is a very dramatic loss from stock. Ive got a 400watt amp with a built in crossover that im going to put on soon. And i was wondering if adding some power to them would increase the bass? Or can i just turn up the bass on the amp? you wont get much bass out of any coaxial speaker, if you want bass add a sub. plus i would get some better speakers then audiobahns

Yeah the subs are soon to come but the treble on the audiobahns is crazy, with the bass all the way up and treble at 1/4 the way it is still really over powered. I just wanted to know if i could make the speakers sound any better.

that speaker has a 5x7 mounting, but in reality its a tweat with roughly a 4inch speaker. witch dont get alot os bass at all. thats your problem, you should have gone with true 5x7's but what you got will sound good once you get subs
