hey guys/gals. i'm having a problem with my audio. i have a alpine 9398 head unit running a ppi pc600.2 amp, my problem is whenever my amp turns on and when i hit the track buttons i get a pop sound through my speakers,like it gets a blip of constant power. any ideas of what it could be? thanks for reading

thats what i was thinkin so i cleaned them all up and its still there just as bad. i might tear into it and make sure its still soldered good inside

Mine shuts off it gets too loud.

Example - My moms deck gets up to 20 and its blarring loud. Mine hits 40 and you can barely hear it in the cab.

its a ground loop caused by a bad ground. there are ground loop eliminators you can buy at audio stores that get wired in line with your rcs'a and they get rid of the feedback. I believe what mostly causes the popping is a bad valve ground.
