My burb had a homemade 2 link. The bars where made out of 2.25x2.25 x 1/4" wall tubingand were about 48" long. The leaf springs are 2.25 wide(it may be 2.5 I don't remember). I just used the flip kit brackets cut that plate the u-bolts go through, welded part of it on each side of the bar so the u-bolts could be bolted right there(hard to describe). I drilled a hole to put an allen head bolt to locate the axle, cut a hole in the front for a stock leaf spring bushing and mounted the bags about 2/3' the way back. I used a front drop leaf spring hanger from a truck(mostly cause thats what the idoits and aim sent me(live and learn)) mounted further forward than stock. I wanted long arms.

With a bagged burb if you want it to lay out you will not be able to keep the 3rd seat.

My driveshaft rubbed on a crossmemeber than I nothched that and it rubbed on the body. I think the best solution for that would be a 2 piece driveshaft.

The gas tanks on those hang really low so be carefull. I never took my reciever hitch off to protect it. It threw some pretty cool sparks anyway.

Thats all I can think of right now if you got anymore ?'s just holla.
