Where to get steel braided hose?

I was jsut wondering where the best place get it is, im runnin and EDC and need enough to go from the engine compartment to the tank, is there any place online to get it, or would it be best to go to my local hose and fitting store and get them to make me one?

I've heard of people using hydraulic line from the EDC back, and also just a braided or hydraulic line from the EDC to a filter a few feet away, then regular line after that. Maybe that could save you some $, but I'd check around locally like maybe Napa or Carquest can make one up to the right length with swivel fittings.. maybe a check valve or whatever you need.

You only need 12-15" of it i would go back about 2ft put a water trap to catch the oil so you know how much came out to replace then just run DOT air line to the tank and run 1 more trap going into tank. othere wise your going to spend big $ on that hose for no need. EDC dont get near as hot as a viair does plus they dont run long E-nuff to transfer heat that far

Anyone know if the type we all need/use for EDC compressors is Smooth Bore, or Covulated Bore?
