Custom Fuel Cell?

Its been a while since I've posted on here. I searched it but I couldnt find what I was looking for. I need an aluminun cell for my truck. All I need is a box about 32"x17"x12" with a hole for the stock unit to go in. I remember someone that made them fairly cheap and I believe he was out of Texas. If anyone can help I appreciate it.
