Yeah we brush it on quite often at my shop, it still looks great brushed on. To answer your question about what pos-15 is, its a rust netrualizing paint, that down right kicks ass. Id be careful painting over it tho, i doesnt hold paint for shit, and its very hard to scuff.

por 15 makes there own primer, it bonds to the base and is sandable and paintable. but yes u brush it on if u good at brushin it, itll come out smooth.

yeah this is what we used on our elcamino's frame. its awesome stuff and goes on smooth if you brush it on right or you can spray it if you want just dont thin it down. you can thin it but it runs really bad. our motor is painted with the por engine paint too, motor and tranny were sprayed though not brushed. its definatly worth it.
