Best way for getting scuffs of your Rims

One of my rims is scuffed up real bad. Is there anything out there i can get to buff it out?

well if htere clear coated which some chrome wheels are than some 3m perfect it 2 should do it then just a finishing compound but if there just chrome you might try some mothers youll just have to used some elbow grease
