No Jail time. But you will pay in the long run. The banks always get there money someday. Either way you will pay for there loss one way or another. The banks do set aside money for these kinds of situations. It is a direct cut of the banks profit. I do know if its any kind of bank with a good policy they will do what they can to get there money.
