viair not working

ok well i thought my relay went bad so i replaced it and still one of my viair 450 is not coming on i replaced my pressure switch and nothing could the plug for the relay be bad?

run a jumper wire and hart wire it see if it comes on. if not its internal. center stage customs sells the rebuild kits

ive had 450s not work internally one the motor seized up and the other the crank off the motor to the rod on the piston broke on the motor would spin but no air both within 6 months

the good thing is they sell rebuild kits for them know if its internal

I have ran 450s for about 4 years and never had probs that some people have.. I guess i have had good luck. Thgey do make the rebuild kits for them now which you can do pretty easy. We have them on our site if you want to check them out.

Me too, I guess the old ones we have were made better

same here. got my 450's back in early '03 and theyve been running perfectly ever since.
