Painting

I am looking at colors and diffrent paint jobs for my b2200 i was wondering has anyone painted there truck by them selfs and if so how hard is it?

If you're asking how hard it is i suggest you don't try it yurself but rather pay sumone to do it.

It takes some skill to get a nice smooth paintjob aswell as a good atmosphere.

Unless you know what you are doing and have done it many times before, dont bother wasting your time and money.

painting sucks, dont try it.

Painting smaller parts is fun for me, but getting a nice finish on somthing big is harder. 90 percent of the work is in preping the surface. even the clear coat needs to be sanded down through to 1800 grit for a nice glass like finish. You should save your pennies and get a pro to do the job, because painting in your garage, the paint will get contaminated and your finished product will look like crap
