Install problem

I'm putting a basic system in my wifes suburban, have the RCA's hooked up right, remote wire is in, power and ground in correctly, basically everything is sound. Power to the amp, but nothing out of it. So I tried putting the amp out of my car in it thinking it was the amp. but same problem. But this time the amp wouldn't power up, except by mistake of grounding the case of the amp to something the amp powered up. WTF is going on anyone?

maybe ur rca's on the radio r blown try using a different radio

on your head unit is the subs turnd on?

your sub preout could be fried, try the rear preout
