86 Ranger Project

Hey guys, i currently own a 86 ranger which i drove for about 3 months untill it caught on fire. I have decided to turn her into a low ryda but i have a few questions.1. should i do the engine or body work first, and yes i got a daily driver2. how hard would it be to re-wire the dash for just billet custom gauges and a head?3. should i go all out with 22's, or should i just go with some 17''-18'' wheels4. should i go with aluminum or chrome wheels?5. should i keep the stock tails with euro tails or go with custom caddy lights
