been looking for a car to drive since the hurricane took my daily driver. i want to drive an older car but i was shooting for like a 62 falcon or 64 dodge 330. but i came across this 50 chevy deluxe 4 door today for sale. it runs amazingly and the body is in overall good shape. only thing that doesnt work is the speedo. its solid black with portirican chrome bumpers (painted silver cause it cost a good bit to dip em). im not looking to make this a project car.. just something to drive daily for now then sell later.... should i get it.... he said he'd take 4,500
For thar price, I'd buy it. A clean running car of that era usually goes for around that price, or more. And if you like it, it's probably worth it. Plus, the speedo could be an easy fix.
