CHECK THE FUSIBLE LINKS THAT ARE IN THE FUSE BLOCK UNDER THE HOOD.

i checked all the fuses but im not sure about the relays under the hood

ITS NOT A RELAY....ITS A FUSIBLE LINK. ITS THE ONES WITH THE CLEAR PLASTIC COVERS OVER THEM SO YOU CAN SEE INSIDE THEM.

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME ONE TIME AND IT WAS ONE OF THOSE FUSIBLE LINKS UNDER THE HOOD.

kind of sound like the ignition switch the electric parts of it is bad to me

the engine harness that runs over the bottom of the intake rubs the intake and breaks the wires , i see it all the time, check that

a dead short in the starter will do the same thing

Did you check the hole wiring harness you could have two wires melted? sounds like a short.
