LED problems!!!!

i recently got my taillights shaved and got some AVS LEDs flushmounted in my tailgate. i got the ones that are 15" with 4" of back up. the problem is my reverse lights will not shut off. sometimes they flicker and sometimes they are really dim. could anyone tell me what the problem could be?

ok so nobody knows anything? cmon this sh*t sucks im rollin with tape over part of my LEDs in fear of gettin pulled over.
