Broken door panel clip on a 99 ford

We are putting the last parts of my truck back together.We just discovered the plastic clip on the door panel has broken off.I have not been able to find the part.I need sugestions.I don't have time to build new door panels.HELP?

IS IT A FACTORY CLIP? IF IT IS GO TO THE DEALER AND THEY CAN SELL YOU SOME.

The clip was built into the door panel.I have called ford parts they had no fix for my problem other than selling me a new door panel.

Do you have the broken part of the clip? Get some plastex. It is a plastic repair kit and works awesome. You can also get some epoxy that works well with plastic. If you don't have the clip, you may have to fab something up. Or contact your local stereo shop. Door clips break all the time. They may have a trick fix for you.

i have had the same problems on other cars/trucks. the best thing to do is hit the edges of both the broken off piece, and the jagged edges of whats left on the panel, with some 180-220 grit then use a two part apoxy and set them together, the faster the apoxy dries the better the strength look on the label of the apox for wirk time/sand time specifications
