OMNI clearcoat

does anyone use omni clearcoat? and have u had any problems with it?

I have used it before and was not pleased with the results.

i just used it on my truck and it turned out ok it doesnt wet out like the dcu 2002 or anything but nothing a little wetsanding cant cure, u get what u pay for, omni clear 70 bucks a gal and ppg like 170 a gal

i used it once on a guys body kit, the shine didnt last very long, and it was alot softer of a clear coat then the pgg, but other then thta its a ok clear....

nason:TUP: its a cheap brand made by dupont using there disconintued formulas but i didnt tell ya that ;)

I used the transtar and its about 100 bucks. its been on both my cars for about a year now and ist not fading or anything yet. you might look in to that. and I used depont undernieth that.

So you have a good clearcoat under the cheap shit?

you don't like the dupont paint? Why not. I haven't had any trouble from mine?
