im putting a parrelle 4 link on my dakota, i have it all tacked up, but when i lowered it, the drive shaft hits the cab and wont let it lay out. has any1 else had this problem? i have and excab, with a v6. thanks

dependin on what you are layin on, you'll have to notch the back of the cab and notch the rear of the floor.

thanks, aanother question: when i put on the cantilever,(its a kp cantilever) when should the dog bone be strait up and down. ive been told when its laid out, but some1 else told me when its at ride height.

how hard is it to notch the cab? do i have to take the cab off the frame?

has any1 put a 2 piece drive shaft on the v6?

the 2 piece is more trouble than notching, just jack the rear end up, mark where it hit s the cab, cut, and add filler pieces if you have to remove some of the floor.

when you install that back half, the pivot bar is gonna be closer to straight when layed out (its never gonna really be straight )

then if your notching the back of the cab do just like Cris said, he just said the same thing I was going too. Plus on top of the 2 piece bein more of a problem thats just more $$$ out of your pocket, notching the cab and doing all that is free , you just gotta put in the time and effort

and your worrying me with this "i got the link tacked up" stuff
