I just thought I'd share that yesterday, January 9, I celebrated being 9 YEARS in remission for cancer. To me, it's kind of a big accomplishment so I always like to share it with people.

Of course, the day kinda got overshadowed by the fact that mine and Jason's baby is trying to come early. So be thinking of him and hope that he can wait at least another 3 weeks...that's what the doctors want. If he were to come now he'd be 7 weeks early and we don't want that.

Congrats! I am a supporter of cancer survivors and cancer research. In '95 I lost my mother to colon cancer. Until then it had been in remission for 14 years! She was a VERY strong woman, so I know for a fact that you are just as strong. Also my daughter, who is 2 years 4 months old, was born 6 weeks early. To this day, no health problems whatsoever, besides being small for her age, but that makes her my little girl, right? Anyways, congratulations and don't worry, everything will turn out well with everything.
