My brother is running one on his B2200 with a webber adapter plate. What are you needed to know and I might be able to find out for you.

i'm in the process of doing one on an ext cab right now. there are a bunch of different part numbers for basically the same carb. look for a mid to late 70s pinto or mustang II carb, something with about the same motor size as the mazda. i purchased one for a 140 ci 2.3l pinto motor.

also check out mazdatruckin.com, there is all kinds of forum topics on the 5200s and has a seperate section explaining a 5200 swap on a Mazda, check it out: http://www.mazdatruckin.com/B2200/5200.html

He loves the carb on there. HE has daily driven it for about 6 months with no problems, and it averages about 22 mpg for an ext-cab. I will have to talk to him to get the part numbers for it. I am pretty sure that he bought his for a 74 pinto.

oh no the swap is already done, i did the same, got one for a 2.3L pinto, i can't find a part number on the carb, no stickers or tags or anything

was just wondering what the part # was for the pinto carb so i can give it to my friend, he wants to get a reman. carb

Mine was getting 26 mpg before the cam and distributor crapped out on me.

The one I got to tune mine was from a pinto. Identification number on the carb is: R 6502-1.
