I have a 89 chevy cheyenne with the lame single headlight front clip also the same as the W/T model. I'm pretty confident that my 98 grille that I bought will be a fairly easy installation. But I was wondering if anyone else had attempted this and what were some of the troubles they encountered and parts that were needed to complete the install. Thank you my people.

You will need the filler that goes between the bumper and grille and i think you might need the fillers that go at the bottom of the fenders also.

you'll need the lights too!!

I have heard that you will need the radiator core support so that the new lights and grille will bolt up correctly.

Not sure about the core support, but im sure you will need a front lighting harness. You can get a used one, and cut off the pigtails to hook up your lights, thats what i did with mine.

you wont need a core support, lots of stuff still stayed the same throughout the years
