Where is the flasher, or circuit breaker that controls the blinkers located? I can't find thi stupid thing. My blinkers don't flash, they just turn on. Same with the hazards.

what year, on my tacoma i thin it was behind the lil fude box under the dash. if not its in the second fuse box under the hood.

In an '80 Yota. There are no fuses under the hood. And it's not by the fuse box under the dash. I found the buzzer box, and the headlight relays, but I can't find this one...

I know they're normally by the fuse box under the dash.

i don't know about an '80 but typically if the blinkers stay solid it means that one of the bulbs (front or back) is burned out. on an '88 it's under the drivers kick panel.
