I;m working on my air ride, front is done rear 4 link done, rear bag brackets tacked in. I think my garage might be a little sloped, cause when i lift the front, the driver side sits around a 1/4 to 1/2 higher than the other depending on how much i lift it. I was having trouble gettin the front to lay out flat, it was kinda teeter tottering on the passenger rear and the driver front. i rolled it back a lil in my garage, and now it lays flat, but i can tell theres definately more weight still on the passenger rear and driver front. i layed a level across the bed mounts, behind my notch, the bed mounts are level, so is the floor, right behind the cab the driverside is higher a lil, and emidiately in front of my front bumper the floor has a lil slope higher on driver side. My brackets are very similar on both sides used an angle finder and measured a many many times, the bags are sharing air for now. So could a small slope in the garage floor make that much of a difference when i air it up? Whats the best way for me to get this truck perfectly level? is it possible my frame is not square? what are my best options here? thanks a bunch sorry bout the long post-mike

Thanks Justin for the reply, i appreciate it. I wasn't sure that a little lean was common. I hope it all works out in the end, hell if it doesn't, i'll just cut it up and redo it. Thanks

On my truck the drivers side is usually a little lower from the extra weight. One thing I've noticed though is it's a lot harder to level out the truck is there was already air in the bags. If it's flat out 0 PSI on the ground it's easier and the sides seem to come up more evenly.

When I tap the switches, when I had the front sharing air, the passenger side would come up an inch or two, then the driver side would play catchup and it'd go up level.

ya i just don't want my truck to look crooked rolling down the street, i suppose i'll try and move my brackets around after i get the rear done and switches in if its a problem. thanx

^^^ Mine did the same thing when the front shared air.

I would think that your best bet to have it level would be to have them on independent valves. If it is on a t fitting it will lean to the side with more weight.. But on an independent Valve sey up you could put a little more PSI in that side to level it out..
