95 talon turbo with stock parts??

My buddy is wanting to put a t4 turbo on his Talon, But he is the deal. The rods are stock with 225,000 miles on them. The head is ported with all stock spring and vlaves (they are from ebay) What I was wanting to know is will the "stock" motor hold up to the turbo with out problems? How long will the motor really last with the stock parts?
