seriously, computer classes in HS are about a joke. I had 2 video production classes and 2 graphic design classes in HS. only reason i learned anything is cause i took the time to learn myself and my teacher and i were good friends. other then that, u learn the very minimum. same goes for the wed classes, most the time kids could give 2 shits so they only teach u the very basics.

just wait till college to take the good classes for web design, then you'll actually learn something

hey dougy thats so true. i duno bout college yet cause i havn't checked that out yet but so far in HS i had a computer class, graphic design class, and an art class. in computers we learned how to make exel spreasheets and some powerpoint, in graghic design i learned a few things but i also taught the teacher a few things. and art was just a joke.

true about the hs stuffbut there r a lot of ppl who dont know shit about computersi take it cause my good friend was doin itand i needed 1 more elective class so why not get an easy A?

Want to learn HTML.. I'm not a pro yet, but i first went out and bought a basic html for dummies book. Learned the basics and then just viewed other peoples code. If you arent sure how to do that, just right click in the page and then click on "view page source" or go up to VIEW and it should be there also. But that is how I learn my stuff is through figuring out everybody elses html.
