will the spindal bolt on the frontier control arms? or can i just use the toy hubs to make it a 5 lug? an what about the rear end what would i have to do to convert it to 5 lug also.

Just change the front snout and the rearend...

I have a customer who ordered Frontier tube arms with S-10 balljoints so they can use S-10 spindles.
