i just recently bagged the front of my 04 silverado on stock c arms, its only been a couple days and i blew a bag cause it was rubbing on the upper. is there any way to fix this? or do i just need to buy upper c arms.... if it means anything im running firestone 2600s

not being a a$$ but i dont see how the arm would rub the bag.. did a 99(new body) and i cut the whole spring pocket and used a gusset and bag plate. the bag never came close to the upper arm

I highly doubt the upper Aarm touched the bag- if it did you have serious problems. If anything the frame has made contact with the airspring and will need to be eyebrowed for clearance.

i think u might have your bag location in the wrong spot because i just bagged my 05 silverado on stock c arms upper and lower and have no problems w/ the bag rubbing anywhere. Im running the 8"slams up front w/ plates

think the bump stop off the frame is the closest thing the the bag. i cut it even with the frame and clears good......

i couldnt believe it was the c arm either but it was i changed the bag went home and lafted the front to 150 psi and it was just making contact.

i cut off the bump stop and everthing else in the way, i know its not the frame, i have a lower cup, thats maybe an inch tall, if i take that away and just put the top plate is it possible that will fix the problem?

that cup really wont change anything but the amount of lift you get... it will still rub. you need to redo the upper bag mount.

maybe your upper mount is too far out or your top cup is too short eihter way it is not ur c arms if u get new ones you'll just be wasting your money
