I have just bought this truck back at the beginning of Dec. and it is completely stock.

First I need to know what off set I need for my rims when I buy them so They will Tuck. I am looking for a 20x8" with a 35 Series Tire.

Second I need to know how much SUSPENSION TRAVEL I will have left with the wheels & tires from above with a F4"/R6" Drop or should I go with a F2"/R4" Drop?

I'll give my $.02

First off- the 2000 Silverado with 20x8 and 35 series tire can run a 5/7 drop quite easily and will look very anaemic with a 2/4 drop.

Our fitments for 20x8 on the '99+ silverado would be 5.5" BS or +25mm offset. The 8.5" will require a 6" BS or +32mm offset. You can run a 10" out back with a 7.25" BS or +44mm offset.

If you plan to run a 2/4 drop with that 20x8... then I'd suggest a 255/50/20 or 265/50/20. Even with a 4/6 drop you can safely run a 255/45/20 or 275/45/20. The 4/6 or 5/7 drop can also run a 245/40/20 or 255/40/20- or of course a 255/35/20 if need be. The wheelwells are huge- stuff em!

4/6 drop with 285/35/22 (30" tall)

5/6 drop with 265/35/22 and 295/30/22 (29.25" tall)

Assuming you're talking about a 255/35/20 at 27" tall, you can see how much gap you will have with even a 4/6 drop when compared to these trucks running larger diameter combos.

If you aren't dead set on the 35 series,I would recommend the 4/6 with the 245/40/20

i have a 4/6 drop from djm and am very happy with it. i am running a 255/35/20 tire and as u can see in my profile i have quite a bit of fender gap. which i dont really like. but any way like jody said you should run at least a 40 series tire. with a 45 series tire you will have some rubbing issues in the rear if u load it down too much.

also if im not mistaken the 2/4 and 4/6 are the same price so why not go ahead with the 4/6
