they were in the playoffs last year. lost in the first round by 3 points to the rams. but that really has no relevance to THIS season.

so your saying matt hasselbeck, shaun alexander, darrel jackson and our defense isnt a well rounded team? you might wanna look at the stats. seattles offense is slightly better and pitts defense is slightly better.infact seattles is closer to pitts defense then pitts offense is to seattles. on teh season seattle has more sacks, ints, pass deflection,tackles,and defensive TD's.

as for alexander and tomlinson, I dont know what stats youre looking at but all the ones i see show shaun is the better back. But I know tomlinson had some injuries that definately affected his numbers on the season so its not really worth comparing them. maybe next season they can both stay healthy and battle for the rushing title.

and one last thing i forgot to mention. I in no way doubt the abilities of the steelers. I know they are a good team and have tremendous momentum heading into this game and thats going to be hard to beat. I wont even be mad if we lose to the steelers. I will be dissapointed as a hawks fan but how can anyone not be happy for bettis? he's an awesome player and person and I wouldnt mind seeing him get his ring in his home town. I just think people arent giving the seahawks the recognition they deserve.
