Chop and Screw Music

What program would any of ya'll out there recomend so that I can chop and screw my own music? I know that there are plenty of good ones for like $200 but I was looking for a decent one in the FREE price range. If you know of anything let me know.

iused to use pcdj red and you can get it on limewire...
