wheels help! russ-d or someone else!

hey i know this topic has been talked over and over, but i just want to make sure before i purchase these wheels if they will fit. They are 17x7 with 5 5/8 inch back space (+45) wheels, will they tuck bodydropped to the rocker with 2wd fenders. I just need to have them fit in the front, because the rear end is going to be narrowed (this is for a 5 lug conversion). I also have dropped spindles, thanks alot!

yes they will tuck, 5.5inch backspacing is usally people do, im running a 5" back spacing and i rolled the lips of the wheel wells just a bit,and i have no probs at all

yes, as mike said, even with drop spindles a +45 17x7 will tuck beautifully.

You will even be able to roll low and make small steering changes while dropped, I loved that about my old truck, turning on minor curves and hearing the outside rocker scrape lol.

hey do you think they will be alright in the rear, since i'm having it narrowed 2 inches on both sides. will they clear the frame no problems?

two inches seems like a lot, ask bodydrpdak (cris), he had some super high offset wheels mounted to a toyota rear (narrower) on his last mazda.

I'm sure he'll be on here soon and give you the scoop..
