Removing Windsheild

So I need to get a busted up windshield out of my car. it looks like someone has taken a brick to it because I tried forcing it out with my 17" feet but right through they went. So I later tried taking wire and break the seal and that didnt work either. What do you all do to get the windshield up. I also heated the seal with a torch and that didnt work either. So tell me what the deal is here.

you can't get a broken windshield out? are you trying to be careful with it or what?

tuff call,call a windshield specialist to come out and take it out,it might be 75 bucks at the most.

you can get a tool at most parts stores to remove them

i dont dick with windshields....i get a glass guy to come out and remove it. He only charges me 20 bucks to take it out. Sometimes he doesnt charge me at all.

I wouldnt want to break up a windshield tryin to get it out....that glass gets EVERYWHERE!!!

Piano Wire, Glass Knife with pull handel, and long handeled razor/utility knife.. thats about all you need to take out almost any glass.. hell ive even used a regular utility knife and a sharpened putty knife a couple times to cut them out...

me and my friend tried piano wire on an s10 and gave up, it was taking too long. we were probobaly doing it wrong though haha.

you have to have some patience, get the tool with the pull handle
