So Mike, If you've shipped "several" packages the week before, and "about 5" packages this week, that would equal "approximately" 12 packages shipped in a 3 week period. Thats alot of orders, how is it that all the same people still complain about not getting there parts yet? I dont get it. Do you just pick and choose who you think deserves their parts. Thats what it seems like.

actually I do the prototyping and new parts on the evenings and weekends. this is how we make the money to build the parts were behind on, by selling new prooducts and making tech articles to show peeps how well a watts works.

I work 60 plus hours a week on arms, I can do whatever I want with any of that time or any free time I have.

installation would only take about 1 hour to 2 hours depending on whether we need to plate the inside of the frame or not.

shooting pics wont take much time either.

then the pics go on the site and the tech article explains the watts link and sells more of them. then I take that money and build someones backordered parts and buy more materials to build more parts. then I make an extra of each type set I make each week and sell the extras to get more materials. each week sending out about double what I get orders for and using every dime for more materials.

I use DOM tube, which is not cheap, neither is poly bushings and DOM sleeves and balljoints.

ill email everyone back about this. it seems I have a truck to use but ill also have a backup in case something happens.

did I really need to explain that?

Ok, so, you're going to GIVE AWAY a watts link kit for FREE when you cant even pay your phone bill? You're admitting to spending money to make "prototype" parts so that you can sell the "new" stuff to be able to pay for materials for the old orders. That is just plain dumb, no matter how you look at it. Dont spend your nights and weekends on building jigs and designing new parts, spend your "free" time finishing whats in front of you and making your CURRENT CUSTOMERS happy! Thats what matters right now. You cant blame anyone on here if your sales are down, its your own fault. Why would anyone want to buy from someone that cant fulfill orders that are 6 months to a year old, that are paid in full, and will tell you that parts are done when they are in fact not done?

actually watts links sell about one or two a week. I have to sell parts to be able to have money to make back orders.

I make extra while I have the jigs out to make money to build other parts.

the watts pay for themselves, and since not many understand them, I decided to do a tech article on installing one.

not all the same people are complaining, the people who got their parts havent been complaining.

if I did nothing but build old orders, id make it about 2 days, then id be out of the money needed to make parts with. how hard is that to understand. Ive said it before 100 times.

its been said on here before by the moderator, to use the BYC thread to talk about orders for arms. this thread is for a watts link tech article.

Steve, did you like the Mazda arms?
have you seen the newest version of the Nissan HB arms?
do they look better than the old style?

Its not that hard to undertand, if you werent complaining about not having money for materials and your phone bill. Charging for just labor or just the part would have been a wiser choice IMO, that way you still getting something out it that will help you build more parts.

the tech article will pay for itself. but I see your point Steve.
