I've never even heard of a mazda with LSD. I've owned about 15, and none have ever had one EXCEPT:
The 4x4 had a manual locking rear end, you pushed the button on the dash. I ssume it was a vacuum arrangement of some sort.
You are right, spinning both does not indicate having lsd. A good test is to jack up the truck so both rear wheels are off the ground. Turn one tire and watch the other. If they spin opposite, you have an open diff. If they spin the same way, its USUALLY an LSD. But I have never even heard of a limited slip option for the 2wd B series...
