probably how to get them out

a chisel or air chisel. its best to cut the metal sleeves. but before you do that, get the new ones and make sure they come with new sleeves. some new bushings dont.

Energy Suspension usually does and a set doesnt cost alot.

i will bust out the air chisel, and i already have a brand new set of energy suspension bushings waiting to be put in.thanks for the help bro.

be sure and use the lube they send with them for installation.

almost all Energy Suspension bushings these days are the new Graphite Impregnated Polyurethane, so they wont squeak and dont need lube, but they will need some for installation.

since i'm feeling like a dick today...

if you save a little of that installation lube, i bet some of mike's customers could use it for the ass-fuking they get...
