its a pain in the ass but well worth it.. what kind of body drop you thinking of doing? stock floor or raised?pretty much the same as any other truck to body drop. just make sure you measure alot and you will be fine.. as for baggin them the ibeams are a pain. not sure what ibeams youll need. im sure JB will come in here and help us out! i just cut my frame off at the firewall getting rid of the beams and put a mustang II ifs in it

but to answer your questions. yes it will be a pain to body drop and bag it but what fun would it be if it was easy

tips for baggin, 4 link the rear, silver star customs mounts in the front. 3.5 inches to lay(trad floor, mine is 4 so it layd HARD) 3 in to lay stock floor, i recomend gettin a nuther frame and building one from scratch if your gona stock floor it.what else u need to know?

Well, it depends on how much head room you are willing to sacrifice. . .traditional you will loose space, stock floor you won't. You only need to redo the frame if you are doing stock floor. . . This is 4.5 on a 96 with a 3.0 V6

But it LAYS OHHHHHH SO HARD. . .ps those rockers are only there cause I haven't got to drag em yet. . .

My little brother went 5 inches...trad...If we had to do it over, it woulda got a frame...esp since we clipped it, and the goal was layin body on 22's with Beams...we did it, but it took a ton of work, and now the truck sits unfinished under a tarp on the trailer...he lost all interest.....It tucked MORE than half the wheel all around though...lol

Another option to a mustang II would be how the front on my truck will be. A friend of mine is setting it up, I'm using tubular controls mounted to the stock ranger frame with toyota spindles. It could be a bit cheaper than buying a mustang II kit but would be a harder to build. Also, if you want to use a rack and pinion steering, I think one of off of an Aerostar minivan is just about the right width it just needs a little adjustment on the tie rod lengths.
