i had a craftsman arc welder, it was strong as hell.

i have the 110 wire feed its not to bad it gets the job done i turn it all the way up and the wire feed nice and low for frame work.if u have some extra $ go with lincoln its goin to last longer

the oen i was lookin at is $350 at sears.com

its oen that can be used with gas or flux core

i have used a couple for body work and minor frame stuff and worked fine. It all depends on YOUR skills too. But if you are gonna drop $350 on a welder, get the lincoln. I built my frame from the firewall back using my lincoln 135, you just have to know what you are doing..........
