Alright before everyone rags on me, yes i know that shAIM is the problem but hear me out. I just installed a set of their drop spindles on a customers 00 1500 silverado with stock 16" wheels while i did the bags & the front cambers like a mo fo. Even when fully lifted. I think i have heard something about flipping the upper control arm? shAIM of course told me that i need to install a set of their adjustable upper arms that are longer than stock to push it back out. The whole point of installing the spindles were to help with the camber & it seems as if it made it worse. The upper arms will probably fix it but why should i have to spend more money on upper arms because the spindles aren't doing their job? Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to a solution besides switching them back to stock. Has anyone else had any similar problems with the drop spindles that are made for 16" rims? If i have to i'm just going to switch them. Thanks

I had a customer bring me a 03 he put there3 spindles on and when he turn hard it applyed the brake and didnt turn worth a crap but he used them for a 2" drop not with bags we ditched them and put some McGuaghys spindles on it and took care of problems

I agree with Joe ^^^ go with the Mcgaughy's spindles, I've never had a problem with them.

Looks like i'll be swapping them out with the originals then. Does anyone know what the "upper control arm flipping" i've heard about?

put on the stock spindles. everyone knows those trucks will lay on 22's it no mods at all to the suspersion, 5 inch top cup and plate the lower comtrol arm adn some minor triming on the pertch. i say sell the dropped ones to someone who just wants to be lowered. other wise you just bought your self 2 expencive paper weights. haha

You have to flip the uppers and put them on opposite sides. The spindles then hit the brake line. BE CARFUL! There needs to be a bump stop welded on to keep them from cutting the brake line. Or just do stailess lines and re-route them.

^ flipping them and putting them on the oposite side wont do a damn thing.. they are the same arms.... just flip them over and save yourself 5 mins of walking back and forth.

Mcgaughy's is the way to go.. i have put a couple of those on and 1 set of belltechs ( SUCK ASS)

So by flipping the control arms it will fix the camber issue? I sure hope so.
