Okay here its the truck.

Alright i got a set of EAI bags given to me and they are fricken huge i have a 10inch suicide doors notch with over all axel travel of 11inches. The bags at about 80PSI untuck the 22's so they are tall as hell but they have a huge bumpstop in them and it keeps me from laying im like quater inch off laying the frame under the back of my cab. Im about to order out for some new bags and the stuff to do the front so i was going to go with Slambags RE72's do these bags also have a ginormous bumpstop in them or will they deflate completley?

Take your bags out and lay it out. Measure the distance between the upper and lower mounting brackets. If it's less than 3" that's your problem. If it's 3" or more than you should look into getting different bags or redo the mounts to match your bags compressed height. You just have to make sure your distance between the mounts is not shorter than the bag can compress.

Slam bags do have bump stops but as long as you set it up to lay out with a 3" compressed bag height you'll be fine. They are a direct replacement of a firestone bag. He has EAI bags which I know nothing about nor have any interest in. (Nothing against Larry above but I had my experiences with that piece of shit Cain Morris.)
