i have a 93 mazda b2200..reg cab..2wd..carb'd 4cyl with 5sp..has 115k on it..runs really good...but gets like 15mpg..it sucks u can literally watch that shit move on the highway....seems to run fine and the choke is working wtf is wrong with this POS

my ranger was doing the same thing. It's not carbed but i changed the fuel filter, air filter, oil/oil filter, pretty much gave it a full tune up. I am now getting about 450 miles to a tank whereas i was getting about 300. Check your fuel filter. It's weird but if its clogged up you will get shitty gas mileage. Wouldnt think so cause less gas can get threw but that was the case on my dad's truck as well. If you can't blow threw it it's time for a new one.

Mine is the same... 87 though... but the gas mileage is the same as my damn lt1 caprice!

my 88 2.6l got worse gas mileage then my 5.9 sst. i guess the old carbed motors suck ass.

i get about 21.5 mpg in my 87 b2000, and the timin is off alittle.
