why my 93 yota wont start???

hey i have a bagged 93 toyota pickup with a 22re and i keep popping the blue 15 amp fuse inder the dash as well as the blue 15 amp fuse under the hood.. the (EFI fuse) does anyone know what might be happening or how i can fix this? i just wanna drag

a short in the wire something got to hot melted the wire or did you relocate any wires and now they might be rubbing something

my efi fuse under the hood used to blow all the time... i figured out why, the steering shaft was rubbing the wiring harness which rubbed a hole in a wire, as soon as i fixed that it worked fine..... check ALL of your wiring and anywhere where there is electrical tape, u never know whats underneath that stuff....

thanks guys i fixed it. mini back on the road. it was a few wires under the front seat got smashed and shorted out. thanks for the help
