sheetmetal a/c box

just acquired a baddeg 97 s-10 as a daily driver. want to put the a/c back in. anyone have pics of a sheetmetal a/c box? im trying to clear a 225/40-18. i have the MT where they mod the factory box, but would like to build a new one for cleanliness. and ive heard that when you chop the box down the fan doesnt blow as hard.

just trying to get an idea of what it should look like. thanks guys

Before I bodydropped my Dime I had just modded the A/C box. That did affect the performance of the fan, but at least I had A/C. I am going to be hating Summer time this year in the boddydrop .

i hear ya. saw yours at blooddrag and it looks killer. i liked how through the years that ive been seeing it at shows, probably about 3 years now, youve kept the factory fade sticker. totally awesome.

my isuzu doesnt have a/c, and ive been driving that for for like 7 years now...sucks. so dammit this truck is gonna have a/c!! FL summers suck balls, especially here in the swamp (gainesville)

if i have to mod the factory one i will, but if the sheetmetal one has better performance, id rather do that.

The funny thing is, I want to take it off. Only problem is a shop, a long time ago, cleared the bed right up to it. So if I remove it, I'll be stuck with a wierd clear line. So it stays till I get new paint .
